We are located just 11 miles outside of Homer, and 11 miles from Anchor Point. Anchor River Rest sits right on the Anchor River on 160 acres of private land. Hiking, trout fishing, and rafting begin in the front yard, as does cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing in the winter. Trout & Steelhead fishing open August 1st on our part of the river. |
Directions from Homer: Leave Homer on Hwy 1. Drive N 8 miles. Turn Rt. onto North Fork Rd. Drive 3 miles, cross the Anchor River bridge, and turn Rt. at the first driveway on the right. Directions from Anchorage: 8 Miles S. of Anchor Pt. Turn L. on the North Fork Rd. Drive 3 miles, cross the Anchor River bridge, and turn Rt. at the first driveway on the right.
